Details of the Floor Plans in Cuscaden Reserve

All units in the upscale District 10 Condominium have regular and efficient layouts.

The balcony of every apartment is adjoined to the living/dining room and Bedroom 2.

Every bedroom in the District 10 condo can accommodate at least a queen-sized bed.

All 2-Bedroom apartments in Cuscaden Reserve have the dumbbell layout, which reduces circulation space and makes the overall layout more efficient.

The combined living room and dining room are landscape-shaped, allowing both rooms to be equally lit by natural lighting during the day. The landscape shape of the living and dining rooms also provides a longer frontage across both rooms, and as such affords a wider view from the rooms.

All unit types are fitted with a stylish open kitchen next to the living/dining areas of the apartment.

Units with Private Lift Lobbies

Residents of the 1 Bedroom apartments and 2 Bedroom apartments of Floor Plan Type B1 would be using the common lifts.

The 2-Bedroom with Floor Plan Type C1 and C2, the 2-Bedroom + Study with Floor Plan Type D1, D2 and D3, and the 3-Bedroom apartment, have the luxury of a private lift lobby.

Out of 8 stacks, 6 stacks would have the usage of private lift lobby.

1 Bedroom Apartment with Study

Type A1 - 700sf

With a floor area of 700 square feet, the 1 Bedroom + Study apartments in the District 10 development feel extremely spacious.

The dining area can comfortably fit a 4-seater dining table, as opposed to most 1-Bedroom units in the primary market, which will most accommodate only a 2-seater dining table.

Also uncommon is the landscape-shaped living/dining rooms in the 1-Bedroom unit, which allows a wider view from the living/dining room.

Most 1-Bedroom apartments in the new launch market nowadays have a portrait-shaped living and dining room, where the living room is situated closer to the balcony and the dining room is located further away. As such, the view from the balcony would be narrower. The dining room would also be darker during the day if the lights are not turned on, as the natural lighting filtering from the balcony would not be able to illuminate the dining room as brightly as the living room.

Hence, the living and dining areas in the 1 Bedroom + Study apartments of Cuscaden Reserve would be equally bright during the day due the landscape shape of the living/dining rooms.

The Study adjoins the Master Suite, and can be converted to a walk-in wardrobe if one desires.

2 Bedroom Apartment

Type B1 - 807sf

The sole 2-Bedroom apartment without usage of private lift, Type B1 has a much-preferred dumbbell layout, which reduces circulation area and hence, enhances the overall efficiency of the unit.

Bathroom 2, which adjoins Bedroom 2, has two doors. When there are guests, having the door next to the foyer allows guests to use Bathroom 2 without needing to enter Bedroom 2. During the evening, or when there are no guests, the door next to the foyer can be locked, and Bedroom 2 can be converted to an en-suite.

Type D1 - 926sf

The Ensuite of the Master Suite for Type D1 has a window.

Hence, natural ventilation can take place in the bathroom.

The Master Bathroom of Floor Plan Type D3 has a window, which allows for natural ventilation of the bathroom.

3 Bedroom Apartment with Private Lift & Study

Type E1 - 1163sf

The private lift lobby for the 3 Bedroom + Study unit is partially lit during the day by the windows in the foyer adjoining both the private lift lobby and the back door.

The study is situated next the private lift lobby, away from the living areas of the unit, allowing for privacy and tranquility in the room.

This is the only floor plan type to be fitted with double fridges in the open kitchen.

As befits the biggest unit type in the development, the master suite in the 3-Bedroom is the most spacious.
